Fun Facts of Lent, Day Twenty-Nine: Image Break

I wanted to share this image I came upon. I subscribe to the Christianity subreddit (the part of Reddit least-likely to make me angry), and someone posted this today. It’s an image of the inscription on the holy water font outside a church in Istanbul. It’s a Greek palindrome, and it roughly translates to “Wash my transgressions, not only my face.”
